About Us

Welcome to our web site show-casing dogs that we own and have bred, and also their achievements in and out of the ring. We are only a small kennel located in South East Queensland, and we strive to keep to the high standard of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier and American Staffordshire Terrier.

The first Stafford I ever had the pleasure of owning was an un-papered black/brindle bitch called "Allie" we still have her to this day and she will be celebrating her 9th birthday at the end of this year. I was originally taught to handle by Billie from pickapug kennels and I enjoyed giving Billie a hand in the ring and learnt many valuable things from her. Then in 2003 I decided that I would really like to get into the showing side of things with a stafford, so I bought a little black/brindle bitch from Gladstone as a pup, who became better known as "Kellabrallie Liddllillie" she was a great starting point for me but much prefered the life on the couch than in the ring. It was then that I bought 2 mature age Staffords, 1st was "Stafface True Grit" aka Oscar and "Transtaff Iron Maiden" aka Taz, which both came from pet homes. Oscar never really found his place in the ring so he is quite happy sharing the couch with Lillie and has taken very well to the life of a stud dog. Taz on the other hand has done us very proud in the ring by gaining her Australian Championship Title in a little under 2 years of us slowly campaigning her, we are extremely happy with Taz and she has definitely proved to be an asset to our kennels.

I have really enjoyed my time so far in the ring and am hoping that it will continue for many years to come. I also wish to thank all the people who have helped me get started in the dog showing world, especially Billie who showed a great deal of patience in educating me into the etiquette of the show world. And also to my partner Patrick, who is relatively new to the dog world, as his parents gave up showing Collies competively when he was only young. So he has made a big leap from Group 5 to Group 2 but is thoroughly enjoying the people and the atmosphere it has to offer.

We would also like to Thank all those people throughout the dog world that have been there to help us out with our dogs and generally to just lend a hand to us -

"YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE SO THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU HAVE HELPED US IN MORE WAYS THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE"

We are always trying to keep our website up to date with our teams show results, litters and general information. If you would like to be added to our Links page, please feel free to drop us an email.

Yours In Staffords

Suzie and Patrick
